Most of our clients don't have a lot of time to workout. Which is why our 30 minute small group training sessions are designed to help you burn the most amount of calories during and after your workouts.
All that is needed to get great results is 3 sessions a week which means you don't need to live in the gym to get results.
Our professional coaches are able to modify the workouts for all fitness levels and ages.
At Fit Body Boot Camp we 'gym' differently. Every person that starts our program meets 1-on-1 with our fitness director to map out your 21-days with us to maximize your results.
You will then be assigned a coach to support you, hold you accountable, and keep your head in the game so that you get the results we are known for.
Once you register for one dollar you will be prompted to schedule a starting point session with our fitness director to map our your transformation blueprint.
You will meet with our fitness director 1-on-1 to map out your 21 day experience with us and answer any questions you have about our program before you get started.

What can I expect to achieve at the end of the program?
After 3 weeks, you'll end up:
4-8+ pounds lighter, with 1-15% lower body fat (depending on your current shape)

MEN & WOMEN from any fitness level can participate in this program.
Our coaches will modify each and every exercise in the workout to fit your current fitness level and specific needs, including prior injuries or other physical ailments you may have.
